RETURNS/REFUNDS/RESCHEDULING: Cancellations must be made in writing to at least 48 hours prior to rental start to receive a refund. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of rental start will be subject to $25 processing fee and $100 loss of deposit. No charge for rescheduling due to weather conditions. Rescheduling with in 48 hours will be subject to a $50 reservation change fee.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please read, print, sign and bring the RENTAL AGREEMENT with you on the day of your rental.

MEETING LOCATION: Most daily boat rentals will meet at Hidden Cove (address below) and House boat rentals will meet at Canal Bridge

PICK UP8:30 AM  DROP OFF: 5 PM ($25 fee for every 15 minutes you are late)

LIFE JACKETS: Adult life jackets are available on each boat. If you are bringing boaters under the age of 13 we ask that you bring coast guard approved life jackets specifically designed for their age and size.

CASH DEPOSIT: Most passenger boats require a cash deposit of $100 and $50 for fishing boats. This deposit will be returned if boat is returned with a full tank of gas. If not, the cash deposit is kept. Please make sure you have $100 cash when you arrive.


  • NEVER DRIVE THE BOAT INTOXICATED OR UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY SUBSTANCE THAT IMPAIRS  YOU (including alcohol, illegal substances, prescription medication, or over the counter medication that may make driver drowsy or disoriented)
  • Always make sure that any passenger under the age of 13 is wearing a coast-guard approved life vest while the boat is in motion. We also recommend any passenger who can not swim wear a life vest at all times.
  • Always wear a life vest when swimming from the boat
  • Always leave buoys outside the boat
  • Always practice boater safety, pay attention to other water crafts and persons in the water when operating the boat. Be overly cautious and mind the no wake zones closely.
  • Should you be found in violation of any of the above you will forfeit the remainder of your stay on the boat and money paid
